Counselling and therapy can be a daunting prospect, so I offer an initial brief telephone consultation free of charge. When we talk, we can discuss your reasons for considering therapy, and you can ask me any questions about my experience and how I work.
Then, if we feel we want to proceed, we can arrange a face-to-face meeting, which lasts 50 minutes. Sometimes it’s helpful to have an initial paid session so we can get a better sense of each other, and see if I am the right person for you.
What are the fees?
London (per 50-minute session)
Individual Therapy – £75-£85
Couples Therapy – £90
Teddington (per 50-minute session)

Couples Therapy – £85

If you have private healthcare insurance, you should be able to get some therapy sessions paid for. I am a registered provider with BUPA, AXA PPP healthcare and AVIVA. Fees can be paid in advance or on the day by cash or BACS.
How many sessions?
Sometimes people come for a short piece of work, between six and 12 weeks, and focus on a specific issue. Others choose open-ended therapy where much broader and deeper exploration takes place.
